When will my order ship?
- To see if your order has shipped, please log into your account to check status.
- All orders (except for monthly mixes and any other monthly services - see below) are shipped 1-3 business days. I typically try to send them same or next day if possible!
- When items are marked as shipped by our team - you should receive an email with your tracking information.
- Please be aware, we do print your shipping label at our warehouse when we are preparing your package. If you see it sitting as label created and not accepted by USPS - please allow shipping time frame mentioned above before emailing us.
- USPS has had many delays in shipping. Please allow up to three weeks before inquiring with us regarding a missing package. After that time frame we will address.
Can I make a change to my order? Can I combine my order with another one I already placed?
- Once orders are paid for and received we cannot make any changes or modify your order. We cannot combine your order with another order previously placed.
Other Shipping Information
- The Rhinestone Mermaid packages all orders by hand. Once the package leaves our warehouse we cannot control what happens to the package. We urge you to select route insurance to protect your package and the full contents. Failure to use route insurance may result in loss of items without reimbursement.
What are the rhinestones you sell made of and used for?
- These stones are made of glass. We DO NOT offer lower quality stones.
- The stones we sell can be used to bling LITERALLY anything. Finding the correct glue for your project is a must. Once the correct glue is found the stones will adhere to anything.
I ordered a monthly mix - where is my order? I ordered stand alone items from the shop along with my monthly box - when will I get it?
- Monthly mixes are available for purchase every month from the 1st-through the last day of the month. These are custom exclusive mixes and take longer to process. ALL monthly items will ship within the first two weeks of the next of month!
- If you ordered stand alone items through the shop along with the any monthly items - that order will be delayed until monthly items have shipped. We recommend that you order regular items separate from monthly items!
Returns and Refunds
- The Rhinestone Mermaid allows up to 7 days to report any defective or missing items for support in resolution.
- Any requests made after 7 days will be denied.
- ALL sales are final no returns or exchanges permitted.
